Using current Zoom technology, our guides will take you show you the collections (via slides, photos) and explain in detail the museum artifact and:
Please login the Zoom meeting 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time to make sure your sound and video are in proper working order. Your password entry and login will be emailed to your address.
– Attire: There is no dress code, but please dress respectfully and in non-distracting fashion.
– Please prepare your bibles and note taking equipment if you wish.
– Please ensure your tablet or zoom equipment is fully charged for the session and that your environment has a steady wifi signal.
-Please practice raising and lowering hands, muting and chatting on the Zoom program to prepare better participation for the visit.
NO VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDINGS – As like Bethel, we ask that no video or audio recordings be made during the private tour.
NO POSTING OR PUBLISHING – While you can take pictures of your zoom group and subjects, please no posting or online publishing any of our tour material.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS – You can cancel for free 24 hours after booking. After that you will receive a refund of 50% and PayPal fees will be deducted from your payment amount. There are no refunds for missed or late arrivals to the tour. No refunds if you don’t like the tour or if you can’t enjoy it as much due to technical issues on your end.
